素材二十(产品知识介绍):

耐疲劳剂:

用途: 降低生热, ***提高产品耐疲劳和屈挠性能

推荐应用: 减震制品, 传动带, 胶囊, 轮胎带束层,胎侧,胎面

用法 : 3-8 phr, 因 SIDISTAR 补强性能不强, 需要与炭黑或普通白炭黑并用, 以取得良好的物性. 混炼初期加入

• R300 是以初级粒子形式分散的

• 滚珠效应***降低填料之间的内摩擦 , 减少生热 , 大幅度提高疲劳寿命

补强剂:

用途: 补强, 提高制品拉伸强度, 提高回弹性能和低温性能

推荐应用: 仅用于 FKM 和 HNBR 中

用法 : 20-30 phr, 全部或部分替代 N990. 推荐使用浅色 R320. 当成炭完整时,可以阻止聚合物表面与火焰进一步接触。
